2025 Professional Standards Training

All members appointed to the Grievance and Professional Standards Panels must complete this training before serving on a hearing. The training must be completed every three years. The Grievance Committee will hold regularly-scheduled meetings and/or review complaints/arbitration requests not later than forty-five (45) days after receipt of the complaint/arbitration request. Members of the Professional Standards Committee shall be selected to serve on Hearing Panels as required to hear matters of alleged unethical conduct or to provide arbitration as requested. Board members should receive training in order to handle appeals.
