2027 Leadership Application

The Nebraska REALTORS® Association is seeking Candidates for:

President-Elect (term 01/01/2027 - 12/31/2027)

The President-Elect shall perform such duties as usual to the office or requested by the President of the Board of Directors. On many occasions, the President-Elect will be called on by the President to represent the Association at essential meetings, luncheons, dinners, and business sessions where representation from the Association is deemed appropriate.

Candidates are interviewed by the NRA Nominating Committee. Candidates need to complete this application no later than November 30, 2025.

Treasurer (term 01/01/2027 - 12/31/2027)

The Treasurer attends four (4) Board of Director meetings, three (3) times during scheduled Association meetings and once during the summer. It is the responsibility of the Treasurer to serve as a member of the Executive Committee with a primary role of reporting financial and budgetary matters to the Officers of the Association. The Treasurer shall work cooperatively with the Chief Executive Officer to make sure that complete and accurate accounts of the receipts and disbursements of the funds of the Association are on file for the Executive Committee.

The NRA Nominating Committee interviews treasurer candidates. Candidates need to complete this application no later than November 30, 2025. 

National Director At-Large Representative (term 12/01/2027 - 11/30/2029)

National Directors are required to attend the National Board of Directors meetings which meet during the two scheduled National meetings, the REALTOR® Legislative Meetings and the National Convention, and as needed. Nebraska REALTORS® Association provides travel funding for National Directors to attend these meetings. The National Directors also serve as voting members of the Nebraska REALTORS® Association Board of Directors. The Nebraska Board of Directors meets four times a year, 3 times during scheduled Association meetings and once during the summer. National Directors are also required to serve on a National Committee. This is the Nebraska REALTORS® Association At-Large National Director position, meaning applicants for this position must be a member of the Nebraska REALTORS® Association. Members from all local boards and at-large members of the Nebraska REALTORS® Association are welcome to apply.
