The Nebraska REALTORS® Association Board of Directors needs your vote for approval of the following Bylaw changes and update to the Statewide Professional Standards Agreement. 

Please vote now on the proposed amendments below. Voting closes on August 21, 2026, at 5:00 pm CT.

Per Nebraska REALTORS® Association Bylaws (Article 10, Sec 6), 53 responses are needed to achieve a quorum. For these measures to pass, approval by 66.66% of those voting is required.

The results of the vote will be announced during the Membership Luncheon at nGage on October 12 and via email to all members on October 19.
