2025 Requirements
Advocacy
1. A local board must minimally promote to its members on three separate occasions all national state calls for action. - Due to the short time frame on the state calls for action. Local boards will NOT be required to submit information on the calls for action.
2. Each local board must host a voter registration drive/promote voter registration
3. Promote on three separate occasions, encouraging subscribers to REALTOR Party Mobile Alerts
4. Host a membership event inviting the state senator(s) from that local board's jurisdiction. 
5. Each local board will designate at least 2 members of its leadership and/or chair of a given committee to attend at least 1 state event (Political Action Days, Convention, Fall Meetings)

RPAC
1. Reach local board RPAC goal (Annual RPAC goals are determined by multiplying the per-member goal set by the Trustees) 
2. Reach local board RPAC participation percentage goal 
3. Each local board will host or participate in at least 1 Phone Bank event locally or statewide at NAR
4. Each local board will host at least 1 RPAC fundraising event that includes promoting the benefits of and making the ask for members to consider being an RPAC Major Investor and President's Circle member.
